- To develop qualities of Character, Comradeship, Discipline, Secular Outlook, Spirit of Adventure and Ideals of selfless service among the youth of the Country
- To create human resource of Organized, Trained and Motivated Youth, to provide leadership in all walks of life and be always available for the service of the Nation
- To provide a suitable environment to motivate the youth to take up a career in the Armed Forces
Objectives
- Teaching positive thinking and attitude to the youth and mould them to be Better Citizens
- Training the cadets to be eligible for the ‘B’ & ‘C’ Certificate Exams
- Providing an ideal platform for the cadets to showcase their ability and develop them
- Training the cadets to participate in centrally organized camps like RDC, TSC, IDSC, EK Bharat Shrestha Bharat and National Games etc.
Best Practices
- Attendance is given to Cadets during Training Camps and participation at Various organized Camps
- Conduction of Special Periodical Exam/ Semester End Exam for Cadets who miss the exams due to their participation at various levels of Camps
- Instituted ‘Best NCC Cadet Award’ for outstanding Achiever NCC Cadet of the year
