Overview
The department was established in the year 1999 with a view in mind about the increasing demand for Statistics. When we started, it was with a single member. At present the department is running with 150 students and Two Staff members.
Statistics subject has been introduced with Mathematics and computer combination in 1999 the name of the Department has changed as Department of Mathematics & Statistics.
