In the month of June, a meeting was conducted in the collectorate, and as per the guidelines of collector, the placement cell identified the B.com passed out students (2017, 2018) of different disciplines and conducted training sessions in their core subject and in communication skills.August
An online entrance test was conducted by APNRT in collaboration with DRDA and APSSDC for the students on 09/07/2018 and 12/07/2018. Our college hosted the program as center in Eluru on those two days and conducted the test successfully.About 500 students participated in the online test not only from different parts of Eluru but also from the in and around villages of Eluru. Out of 500 students, about 45 students of our college participated in the exam
On 18th July, a regional meeting was conducted by APSSDC in university. The meeting mainly went on different certified programs that are planned to be conducted in the academic year 2018-19. The main highlights of the meeting are as follows.
Poll drives will be conducted all over the district. For that we need to identify the good students and train them on the skill set as per the company requirement as the schedule will be given before the commencement.
- Campus drives will be conducted for every two months in different parts of the district.
- Amazon Web Services (AWS) certificate course for computer background students of final year and certificate will be issued.
- Tally certificate course for the B.Com and MBA students. A 36 hour online classes and offline classes held and at the end of the session a test will be conducted and certificates will be given to the students those who qualify for the exam.
- JOHO certificate course for B.Com students will be conducted in the form of workshop and at the end of the session a test will be conducted and certificates will be given those students who qualify the test.
- WHEEBOX, an online portal will be conducting analysis of the students in different areas like communication, core subject, psychometrics. This is divided into two parts, in the first part, an initial test is conducted and analysis sheet is given to the student and proper training is given in the weak areas of the student and in the second part, final test is conducted and given a certificate.
- NAANDI foundation, which is a community initiative foundation of Mahindra and 0Mahindra, will be giving 40 hour training session on communication skills, Life skills, Soft skills, and interview skills to the students who are below poverty line. After the training session, they will be conducting Mock interviews for the students who are trained and conduct the placements to the students.
August and September:
From 27th of August to 1st of September, NAANDI Foundation conducted Mahindra Pride Class in association with APSSDC. This is a 6 day module in which students are trained in different aspects like Communication skills, Soft Skills, Interview Skills and Life Skills. About 250 students from MBA, BBA, B.Com Computers, B.Com General, B.Com Finance, and B.A. All groups participated.The Schedule Day to day

November 2018:
Entrepreneur Development Program held from 15th November to 17th November
The program was organized by the placement cell through APSSDC, in which about 85 students who are interested in self employment from different streams have participated in the program.In the three days of the workshop, the students are enlightened by the subject and domain experts of various fields by giving them the feed of different organizations that provide the loans and subsidies for various businesses and also the process of getting the Loan and subsidy from them.
As a part of the program, on the last day a field trip was organized, took students to “Sri Krishna Jute Mill” in Eluru and made them understand the process of how the industries work.
On this occasion while addressing the gathering, respected principal sister told that the youth, instead of looking for a government jobs should avail the opportunity of the loans and subsidies and should grow as successful young women entrepreneurs so that the employment is generated which helps the growth of the country

January 2019
The Placement Cell conducted a Mega Jobmela in collaboration with APSSDC on 9th February 2019 in which about 300 students have participated in the Mela and 85 of them got the offer letters. Out of 85 students 57 are from our college.About 17 companies participated in the jobmela. The list of the companies who participated in the jobmela are listed below
On 14th February 2019, Placement cell conducted a off campus drive with Raj Grups for various positions like Business Development officers(BDO), Customer Service Executives- Field (CSEs),HR Etc.,
In this drive about 320 students from our college and students from other parts of Eluru participated in the drive, among them around 105 students selected for various positions and waiting for offer letters.
