The College strives relentlessly to empower women hailing from basically a rural population, from villages of West Godavari District and of the town of Eluru. Most of the students being first generation learners (58%) and with a large number belonging to socially and economically disadvantaged sections of society (81%) the college plays an invaluable role fulfilling its vision and mission in transforming women to become powerful tools of change for the development of the society and nation at large.
