INSTRUCTIONS TO THE CANDIDATES

  • Silence should be maintained in the Examination Hall.

  • Candidates should be in the examination hall with their hall tickets atleast five minutes before the commencement of the examination.

  • No Candidate will be admitted into the examination hall after the first half an hour.

  • Candidates are prohibited from writing anything on their hall ticket or question paper.

  • No candidate will be allowed to leave the examination hall till the expiry of one and a half hours after the commencement of the examination.

  • No Candidate will be allowed to take the question paper along with him before the last half an hour even if he hands over the answer book after one and a half hour.

  • Candidates are forbidden to ask questions of any kind during the examination.

  • Candidates are allowed to use Clark's mathematical and physical tables which will be supplied to them by the college wherever the need arises.

  • Particular attention of the candidate is drawn to the instructions printed on the Main Answer book regarding rough work and additional sheets.

  • Before LEaveing the Examination hall ( Subject to instruction No.5) the Candidate should handover the answer book to the Hall Superintedent.

  • Important: Candidates are prohibited from entering the examination hall with any forbidden material such as printed material, typed material, written material, Photostat material etc...They Should not communicate with anyone in the hall or outside the hall. They are prohibited to bring any communication gadgets such as pagers, mobile phones, cell phones etc.. Any candidate who violates these rules will be reported to the Chief Superintendent and is punishable According to the rules in force set for the purpose, like:

  • Summarily sending out the candidate from the examination hall.

  • Dismissal of all examinations already appeared and not allowing the candidate to sit for the remaining examinations noted on the hall ticket.

  • Debarring the candidate from appearing for the pubic examinations for such period as the college may decide.
